Returns and Exchanges

We know sizing is tricky when online shopping so we have done everything we can to create a friendly returns and exchanges policy.

Refund or Exchange

To be eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit, please ensure the item:

  • is purchased within the last 14 days. (If there was a delay in receiving the item just please let us know as soon as possible)
  • has not been worn, damaged or used.
  • is in it’s original condition with tags

Once you’ve checked all these boxes download a Return and Exchange Form here ……
Fill it in & email it to us before arranging to send your items back. When we get your form we’ll send a confirmation email and let you know how to get your item back to us.

In the case of a refund or store credit the initial shipping cost will be credited to you but we cannot cover the return postage.

For exchanges we will ship the new item to you at no cost but cannot cover the cost of the return postage. 

For faulty items & sale items please see the special conditions listed further down.

When you return the item to us, we will then determine if it is eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.

Unacceptable Items

We reserve the right to decline an item for a refund if:

The return was made after 14 days.

  • It’s worn, damaged or used.
  • Tags have been removed.
  • Refunds will be returned back to the original source of payment. We will send you an email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Sale Items

We will offer a store credit on Sale Items , this will include your initial shipping cost but won’t cover the return shipping cost.

Faulty Items

We will accept returns on any items that are faulty within 3 months of purchase as we want to insure you are happy with the quality of our pieces. Please send photos of the fault with your return and exchange form and we will assess if it is possible to repair or replace the item. You will be able to choose a refund to your original payment method if this is what you would prefer.

In the case of faulty goods we will cover the shipping of the repaired item or replacement as well as reimbursing the return postage cost. If you are refunded you will receive the initial shipping cost back in the refund.

We reserve the right to refuse a faulty claim if it is obvious the item has been abused and care instructions have not been followed.

Tips for Trying on Clothing:

If possible try on items without makeup on or use a scarf to cover your face if the item needs to be pulled on/off over your head. Items that are heavily makeup marked will not be approved for a refund.

Tips for Trying on Shoes:

Try Shoes on carpet to avoid damaging the soles.
Consider using a stocking to prevent damage.

Use clean hands with light coloured materials.

Prior to Returning or Exchanging an item, its a good idea contact us at………. This way we can put aside another size for an exchange if it’s available, and so that we know that it’s on it’s way.
