Returns and Exhanges

If your parcel arrives and your pretty things just aren't quite right send us an email at sales@breelacey.com.au and we will help you arrange a return or exchange. 

Within the first 14 days so long as your items are unworn /unused with tags still attached we are happy to either refund your money or give you a credit to spend on something else. 

Please note our made to order items are only able to be exchanged for a credit. If possible we will aim to fix any error in the fit but as these are made to order we cannot offer a full refund.

We want you to fall in love with our products and we understand online shopping can be tricky so please do reach out to us at hello@breelacey.com.au if you need any assistance with sizing or want to chat more about a product before you purchase. 

BESPOKE ORDERS

For our Bespoke (made in store) ranges as the items are made to order we cannot offer a full refund in the same way we do for our other ranges.

If your bespoke piece arrives and the sizing is incorrect please reach out to us at sales@breelacey.com.au

We will work towards either correcting the fit issue by having you send it back for alterations or providing you with an exchange credit upon the items return to us.
