Designed in Newcastle by Bree-lacey and ethically manufactured in Cambodia.
This gorgeous Ballerina Tulle Skirt features an elasticated back waistband, three layers of silky soft tulle, and a full satin lining.
If desired it can be worn with a petticoat for extra volume.
